SPECIALIST SEARCH MARKETING

INVESTMENT

The regular Specialist Search fee is 25% of the all-in annual gross salary (OTE; on target earnings). 7% is payable at signing of the contract with Courtesy Masters. The closure fee of 18% is payable when the candidate and employer reach an agreement.

All exact terms and conditions will be defined during the meeting with the client(s).
